It's finally starting to sink in. I'm nowhere near acceptance. But I almost believe it now.
I think this is it.
I'm not sure I expect to hear new music from my favorite sparkly dancing boys.
And it made Justin's comment in his liner notes about another 'Nsync album seem like a hollow dream.
After shining on Broadway for four months, could Joey go back to singing back up for JC and Justin?
After releasing a solo album, could Justin go back to being 1/5 of anything?
After stepping out on his own, can JC go back to being the other lead singer?
Even Chris and Lance...they are their own men. Do they want to be "back up"?
Each day that passes means their fan base grows older and so do they. How many girls will think fondly of their childhood when they hear the name 'Nsync? How long can Chris hump the floor and still be able to stand up afterwards?
But maybe some of the best is yet to come. Maybe.
Maybe Justin will be incredibly successful as a solo artist. And maybe, hopefully, JC's single will blow up. There are so many possibilities. And, maybe I'm wrong. Maybe a year from now I'll be flushed with excitement because 'Nsync is getting ready to release their next album. Maybe.
