But
Since someone, cough*
Joey is getting better and better. He is honest and funny and heart breaking.
He is fantastic in "La Vie Bohem." Every time he does "mucho masturbation" he gets more and more graphic. It cracks me the hell up.
And Joey just gets more and more achingly real in the second act. Tears. I saw tears.
After the show there were two girls who thought that by flirting with/groping Joey's driver, they would get a ride home in the Yukon. And, when Joey came out with Dre, we were subjected to "Hey Dre, get your groove on. Hey Dre, shake your bootay" over and over and over again.
I got another autograph. But I actually wanted to say something to him this time. Something along the lines of, "Joey, you are getting better and better. You are honest and funny and heartbreaking." But he didn't stay by me long enough. He signed my Playbill and moved on. I think I'm spoiled. But I don't like it when my encounters aren't satisfying.
