Slash in the air and mutual 'Nsync love....

First. I love San Diego. And I love that I still have a key to Leslie and Brett's place. And I love Leslie and Brett.

But the point.

1) Very interesting to try to read JC/Chris on an airplane. Don't really want the person next to me reading over my shoulder. I was all stealth.

2) I turned on my laptop in the middle of my flight and was watching the BMU video. The woman next to me looked over and said, "Oh! I didn't know JC has a video. I'm glad. I like him better than Justin." Sure enough, she's a pretty big 'Nsync fan so we watched all of my mpegs and looked though my folders of 'Nsync pics. For 2 1/2 hours. A damn nice way to pass time on a flight!

By the way, did anyone see the newest issue of Blender with Mariah on the cover? They printed the "JC manicure" picture but, in the group photo, they circled Chris' head to show who JC is. Morons. I'll scan it on Monday if I get a chance.

Now I have to go to bed. I left my friends and walked home from the bar because I am jet lagged and little bits of drunk.

California is nice. And I'll say it thrice...

Piercings and Nick Carter...

I'm on my way to get my belly button pierced. It was that or another tattoo. I'm going to be sparkly.

Plus, I bit the bullet and bought a ticket to see Nick Carter in NJ on 2/20. I think I need to repeat that. I bought a ticket to a Nick Carter concert. And I did it even though I think I'm going to be traveling for work that week. Unbelievable.

Neither sun nor sand can keep me away...

It makes me giggle a bit that I still update LJ when I'm away. Just woke up from a nap. Les and Brett are running errands. So I update. *g*

I did it. I pierced my belly button. It have a sparkly light blue piercing. I absolutely love it. And, despite my anxiety, it hurt significantly less than a tattoo. Plus, I was a little apprehensive about spending the money so Les got it for me as an early birthday present. She'd never deny me the opportunity to pierce. That's a true friend.

Some questions for you:

1) Why didn't I ever notice that Ashton Kutcher is kind of hot? When he's not all goofy and shit, the kid's pretty damn cute. Especially in hats. With that hair of his. Sometimes you've gotta love MTV Diary for bringing shit like this to light.

2) Wtf is happening on GH? My cable service in NYC doesn't have SoapNet. This morning I watched part of Friday's episode. I think my biggest question is what happened with Skye/Jax/Brenda. Is Skye out of the picture? Oh! One more. What happened with Alexis and Ned? I thought the baby was really Sonny's but Ned claimed the baby to help Alexis. Now they're enemies?

3) What is the current dynamic between the members of BSB? Inquiring minds want to know. Do they still consider themselves a group? Are they planning to record together again? Do they get along with each other? Just curious.

Tonight is a big happy hour thing downtown and a night of hitting the bars/clubs. Almost all of my friends from San Diego will be there. My friend Mario got his orders and is leaving for the gulf on Thurday. Scary shit. But, aside from that, it will be nice to see everyone in one place.
