JC & Joey at upcoming charity basketball game?

Shoot me now. Really. Go ahead.

Last night I got word that JC and Joey are going to be at a charity basketball game sponsored each year by a San Diego high school. The high school that two of my good friends from San Diego graduated from. One of the friends heard it on Channel 93.3. Now I have to confirm. Because, if it's true, I think I'll have to go to San Diego.

Pros:
1) Small city = easier access.
2) Friends graduated from the school. Easier access.
3) Joey. You know he'd play with me. He would. I swear. Though he'd probably wonder why I showed up in San Diego.
4) JC. This is actually pro #4 -9. And the most important. But I'll only list it once.
10) JoeC.

Cons:
1) I'm poor.
2) Maybe they'll come for the game and leave immediately to go back to LA.
3) Maybe I'll fly there and they won't show.
4) I'm poor.
5) I'm trying to slow this shit down, not continue flying around the country to see JC.

And, PS, she told me this after I shared a bottle wine with a friend. I can not get news like this after I've been drinking. Bad things happen.

I will not.

But I was there last week.

Had I known, I could have scheduled my business trip accordingly.

I'm going to Chicago...

The musical. Not the city.

I've seen it twice before but now I'm going with stargems and Brianne and D and S. On March 1st. (So, yeah, I guess I'm not going to DC for business on the 1st. Oooops. I guess they'll have to send me on the 2nd if they need me down there.)

S is the only guy along for the ride. He saw mention of Kevin in our e-mails but we won't tell him who Kevin is. Frankly, I'm intrigued because I maintain that Kevin is not Billy Flynn. But I insisted that people give Joey a chance so I'll do the same for Kevin. But Billy Flynn?

And did you know that Chicago is moving from the Shubert Theater to the Ambassador Theater? It made for some comedy when I was trying to buy some tickets.

dj_writes and nyborn: I'll be in DC on the 28th. I'm free between 4:30pm and 8pm. Brianne wants to tour a bit b/c she's never been to DC but, if you're free, I'd love for you to join us. And, yes, an e-mail would be a good way to communicate this but, right now, I'm just that lazy.

PS- It's so funny to me that it's 10:50pm and I feel like I'm up late. For two+ months, I wasn't even ready to go out yet on Tuesday nights. My Wednesdays are much nicer now. But I still miss Joey.
