I laughed so hard there were tears rolling down my face.

Looking at Liz's caps this morning sent me into another fit of giggles.

Punk'd was perfect. Simply perfect. Pure comedy.

The poor boy.

I'm even feeling love for Trace and Lynn.

The whole thing was classic.

-- My roommate's boyfriend was drinking from my JoeC mug last night. He asked me what "JoeC" is. I told him he'd probably perfer that I didn't explain. I have no shame but I didn't want to scar the poor guy.

-- [livejournal.com profile] powrhug: I like JC's mouth, too.

-- Today I was an honorary member of our IT department. I'm pretty damn proud. I know all about WINS and DNS configurations and mapping drives and logon validations. I'm hoping to forget it all very quickly.

-- I haven't said much about war and Iraq and all that. But [livejournal.com profile] viasaintpaul said this and I think she captured many of my thoughts in a nutshell: Nothing's black and white, ever. The good guy's not always pure, finding Prince Charming doesn't guarantee you spend the rest of your life with him, and nothing ever ties up neatly. I'm not sorry we don't have all the information the President has. It goes without saying there are things we don't know, but trust me when I say there are things you don't want to. There are a number of other things I'm thinking, as well, but I haven't decided whether or not I'm interested in writing them down. They are currently residing nicely in my head and I think they want to stay there for a bit.

-- I must send my tax information to my accountant today. It's been on my to-do list for an embarassingly long time.

-- I still can't bullet. Or it's just more of the lazy.

Skaken by a bird

Crooner Justin Timberlake nearly cried a river when the jumbo jet he was traveling to Japan in was hit by a bird shortly after takeoff.

The pilot of the Singapore Airlines flight decided to return to Los Angeles to calm frightened passengers.

"Justin said that he and everybody on the plane was frightened," his rep said. "Justin hates flying and was left very, very badly shaken."

Look at that. Justin hates to fly, too.

Seriously, though? A bird? What kind of damage does a bird do? How big of a bird was it? They actually took the plane back to LA? That must have been one hell of a bird.

And why isn't Justin ever on any of my flights. We could hold each other's hands through the bumps.
