The Today Show reported that President Bush is going to make an announcement that he wants to return man to the moon within the next decade and build a permanent station there.

This is just incredible. Incredible! It hasn't even been a year since the Columbia disaster and now, in the wake of the Mars success, we've got a vision for future moon landings. Manned moon landings.

I was losing hope that the government would ever find value in investing significant funds the manned space program again but here we go. Here we go!

I'm beyond excited (I'm enthralled!) and I really hope this happens and that Bush gets the support he needs from Congress. I want to call Sean O'Keefe and find out the details. Now! Talk about a boost!

This is still just as exciting as it ever was because, this time around, I'm here to see it. The moon!

Apparently, Justin has done so well for Rolling Stone that he is getting his own RS special. It will be on-sale during the 2004 Grammys and is completely separate from the regular issues of Rolling Stone (on-sale for 12 weeks instead of 2 weeks).

I thought I was almost maxed out on Justin press but the squeal I let out when I got the official news proves otherwise. His own flippin' Rolling Stone Special! I'm hoping for another quality photo shoot. Justin!

Last year's Justin RS issue sold 41% above the 2003 average and the year-end double is trending 61% above average.
Today is Friday. Friday is EW day. But my EW isn't here on EW Friday. And this Friday it matters because there's a big, beautiful photo of JC that I want to hold in my hands. Today. His eyes...and the furrowed brow...so vulnerable...so beautiful.

I had things to say about work and performance evaluation training and merit increases and the ridiculously short amount of time we have to complete employee reviews and determine increases and blah, blah, blah but I'd much rather continue to stare at beautiful, vulnerable JC.
