I'm home and have my EW in my hot little hands. Though, I'm making the assumption that Viggo on the cover of the Oscar preview issues means we won't get a Hidalgo cover. That's what I was really hoping for.

I've also got to admit that I'm not feeling the B&W photo of JC in the issue. I prefer something a little more sensual. But I'm certainly enjoying all of the press he's getting. It's nice that the Schizophrenic review was their main music feature for the week.

Just about time for a 2pm conference call. It's expected to last three hours. I hope the batteries on my phone last that long. I hope I last that long.

Last thing...that meme? The "leave a comment and I'll tell you what I like about you" thing? Good grief. I can promise you that I'll never play that game in your journal or mine.

EDIT: Huh. I called the 1800 conference line and it turns out our call is tomorrow at 2pm. Not sure how I confused myself but it looks like I've got a Saturday afternoon to enjoy. Nice.

I'm extremely transparent and operate within discernible patterns. Even knowing that, I laughed when my grandmother asked if Viggo was going to be my "next big thing." This was after listening to me ramble about the upcoming Hidalgo.

According to my grandmother, it started with Michael Jackson when I was 6 and it's been downhill ever since. (Between MJ and JC there was a long period of Warren Beatty followed by David Duchovny.)

But, no, JC's still got that #1 spot. I just have a growing interest in Mr. Mortensen. Who wouldn't?
