wherein Kate Winslet atones for Titanic...

I slept until 11am but I think this day calls for another nap. My to-do list includes some new Mac make-up, cleaning the bathroom, hanging paintings, and going for a long, long walk. I feel so fucking domestic. There's also an offer to go out to Long Island for dinner with the family but that depends on the status of the aforementioned list.

So, there's this Teen People poll where you can vote for male musicians in all sorts of categories. JC is an option in "Love his look, not his music" and "He's just a Queer Eye intervention away from being a hottie..." Needless to say, The Chasez did not get my vote. There are, however, a few categories where you may want to vote for JT. Not that I actually take Teen People polls. Right.

A new installment to Not Yet Day was posted. I love this series despite my ongoing irritation with WIPs. Viggo/Orlando at it's best.

new music saturday...

I picked up Joss Stone, the new Usher, and the new N.E.R.D. today. Usher's a cocky bastard but I do like his music.

Joss Stone is the winner of the day, however, simply for this bit in her liner notes: Thanks to God...for lookin after my family and friends, for keeping me alive when I'm on a plane. A girl after my own heart.

New Yorkers: Have any of you gone to The Shops at Columbus Circle?  In the new Time Warner building?  Wow.  Just...wow.  Talk about impressive.  And high end shopping.  For me, the highlight is the Jamba Juice.  The lowlight is the 40 minute line (!!!) at the Jamba Juice.
