fifteen...

He's still a wee thing but 15 sounds much better to my 28 year old ears than 14. At least I'm no longer posting photos of a boy half my age.

I went over to Bryant Park on my way to work to find out details about their summer concert series. Tim McGraw is there on 8/27 and I need to plan now. Just like The Today Show, there's a front area for VIPs and a general area for everyone else. I'm going to see if there's anyway I can wrangle my way into the front but, unlike The Today Show, I'll still have a great view from a bit further back. The people I spoke to suggested that I show up by 5:30am to ensure myself a good spot for the soundcheck. Tim! Free in Bryant Park! And only 4 days after his album release!

I'm not a huge Matt Damon fan but I loved him as Jason Bourne in "The Bourne Identity". Everyone talks about Spiderman as this modern day hero but I find Bourne much more sympathetic and interesting. Here's this guy who left a life behind to lead a new life with the CIA and now has to reinvent himself, once again, with no knowledge of who he was other than his unusual ability to run, hide, and kill with fantastic precision.

I'm not much for movie reviews. I liked "The Bourne Supremacy". Go see it. Even if you don't like Matt Damon or the first film, go for Karl Urban. He looks good. I had no idea that was hiding behind Eomer's hair. He's thinned out a bit and cut his hair, too, which is a good look for him. Believe it or not, I do think a select group of people look better with short hair.

I heard The Blondes split. That's too bad. They weren't of much interest to me but I know they provided hours of entertainment for some of you. I also hear that Cameron is on the program for CFTC. Judging from the reaction I've seen so far it seems I'm in the minority, but I'm glad she's there and I hope she participates. I'm looking forward to reports of their interactions. Are they playful together? Is she playful with the other guys? Does she have game? While the photos are great, I'm really jonesing for the gossip.
