stuck on a plane with only w. for company...

I was somewhere over New Mexico while I watched Bush speak last night. It was an exercise in self-restraint that I only failed twice. It's so easy to mislead people when you speak in broad generalizations that sound fantastic without any of the background details that explain exactly why the plan sucks. Social security is just one example.

Wedding rehearsal & dinner was tonight. The pastor and the bride's parents missed the rehearsal and the groom's grandfather made a toast that insulted both the bride and groom. The only saving grace was the location of the rehearsal dinner. It was in an old one room school house form the 1930's. Very charming. I'm holding out hope for tomorrow.
