computer challenged...

Sally jumped on my laptop this morning and screwed with my settings. The screen looks like I'm in safe mode (everything's big and large print) but I have full access to all systems and programs. I rebooted the computer and it came up the same way. Does anyone have any idea what the cat did to my computer and, even more important, how I fix it? I have cookies in exchange for technical support.
