I made my way to Tower to pick up some new music and, instead of the two CD's I went in for, I came out with four:
- Outkast: Speakerboxxx/The Love Below
- Sting: Sacred Love
- Indigo Girls: Shaming of the Sun
- Indigo Girls: Retrospective
I went in for Outkast and IG: Shaming of the Sun but I'm still basking in joy from the Sting concert and I didn't even know that the Indigo Girls compiled "Retropective." Successful shopping.
On the subway ride to Tower, I listened to Rites of Passage and it reaffirmed my feeling that it's the Indigo Girls' strongest CD. Every song from Galileo to Viginia Woolf to Romeo & Juliet is phenomenal. Love Amy and Emily. ""
And Tuesday is new music day. I can't wait.

I never thought I'd buy a Mandy Moore CD but it's getting fantastic reviews and I really like the concept.
It was a perfect Sunday. The right blend of lazy and productive. And I'm finally getting back in gear with exercise.
I picked up a Paris guidebook at B&N. Insert required squee:Paaaarrrriiiis! And Justin in Paris! Extra fun! We booked this trip in July and it's just about a month away. candiankracka and english_muffin: I didn't get a guide book for London since we'll only be there for two days. We'll have to talk about what we want to do, etc.) Paris!
It seems thatprophecy_girl and I are destined to drunk and foolish with Lance. Okay. I'm game. I'll just hope that there's some truth to your LJ name. ;)
And last night I had wonderful conversations withhammerhead22, circusgirl, and superpana. JC and JC (and friends)! Yay!
Just saw a commercial for TeenNick. And doubt over whether or not I'd sit through the programs is gone. I'm in. And I may have set up a tape. I'll just have to flip back and forth between Nick and Fox for the first part of the game. Go Yankees!
