The thing about not reading LJ during the day, with the exceptions of lunch, is that I realize a lot less happens than I thought. And, damn, I'm productive. Which is sort of important.
I had a client in for a long working lunch today. We used my laptop to present some data and the female clients expressed their appreciation for my "JC/Popworld" wallpaper. That led into a 15 minute conversation about the pornstache, the grease monkey hair, and when we can expect a new album from 'Nsync.
There are few things that brighten a work day more than clients who humor me. Though my boss may take me out back one day soon. He made a comment about taking the clients down with me. But that hasn't happened until we sit around the conference table drinking coffee from JoeC mugs.
And today begins the official countdown:
Paris: 4 days!
Justin: 12 days!
Eeep! Plus, tonight is a chat with
