Nothing makes me feel more like an evil overlord bitch than writing someone up for excessive personal phone calls. I can handle internet abuse (Um. Obviously.) but 2 hour long personal phone calls disrupt everybody.

See? No wonder people quit. :)

I'm reviewing resumes which is always an exercise in patience. So far, I have an applicant from Turkey who is not willing to relocate, an applicant who submitted his resume in Greek, and applicant who included an eight page essay along with the resume, and more than 25 over qualified MBAs. (The number of unemployed MBAs terrifies me. It almost makes me want to get off the internet and back to work. Almost.)

The resumes are banding together and trying to psyche me out but I'm convinced my gem is in there somewhere.

But enough of that. I've become a bit of an insomniac lately. Last night I was determined to go to bed at a decent hour but I was sucked into a this H/S fic. It's three parts but, what I didn't realize when I started is that the first part has five chapters, the second part has thirteen chapters, and the third part has twenty-two chapters. Twenty two! I hate when that happens. I need to check this stuff before I start reading.
