Hello. :)
Woke up early today and went kyacking on a river in the Dominican Republic. Just beautiful. But my arms may never recover. Laid out in the sun for a while. Took a 2 hour nap in the shade. Now I'm off to the gym but I wanted to write out some stuff before it leaves my head.
- The weather is fantastic. Sunny. Warm. A few clouds here and there to cut the heat. I'm getting tan. :)
- Our room? Well, basically, my mother completely splurged. She, my sister, and I are sharing a two room suite with a deck that is bigger than either room. This sure as hell beats the small inside cabin I had last year and I was pretty darn happy with that.
- The islands we're visiting are Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, St. Thomas, and Nassau. Two down, two to go. Next up is the beach on St. Thomas. *g*
- Last year I took a cruise to the western caribbean. Hot boy with diva hips and fuck me hair who I couldn't stop staring at last year is on this year's cruise, too. Only now he cut of his diva hair and 25 extra pounds are hiding his diva hips.
- There's a new boy with diva hips and fuck me hair. Met him in the club the first night. We danced. He is a hell of a dancer. And he's from Mexico City. Just. Yum.
- Btw, a certain someone drove me to the airport on Sunday at 4:30am in a certain vehicle with another certain someone's jacket still in the backseat. Very nice of him. Really. It saved me about $40 and it was a nice way to end one era and head out on vacation.
- Somehow, my sister and I always manage to find the biggest drinkers on the cruise. This year, it's four guys from Detroit. Nice guys. Tons of fun. And they won't let us pay for any of our own drinks. They even picked up the liquor bill for my entire family the other night at dinner. Niiiiiiiice. (Especially since my sister and I offered to pick up the family's entire liquor bill at the end of the cruise.)
That's it for now. The treadmill is calling my name. And the view of Catalina Island will be beautiful while I'm jogging.
Merry Christmas to all who celebrate. Hope the world is treating you well. :)
