It's Harry Potter day so, despite the fact that work is going to drive me to gouge out my eyes, I have something to keep my spirits up.
Lupin - I loved the music they gave him. The jazz was distinct and really stuck out. I need to listen to the soundtrack now. I'm going to forever think of Lupin as a jazz guy.
Sirius - I've never been much of a Sirius girl. Nothing against him but I haven't been drawn to him (or Lupin) like some people. It's different seeing him on screen, though. Sirius is more real for me now which makes his impending death that much more depressing.
Draco - I think he was played a bit too cowardly in the film. Draco's bark has alwasy been bigger thank his bite but at times he seemed far weaker than I imagine him to be.
I started reading PoA again this morning. I can't see the film again until sometime next week and I plan to finish the book first so I can do a real comparison on my own.

kittenfishlambs, eleanor_lavish and, as a surprise, liz_w. The line party was a real grass roots effort and the organizers anything but organized. We had great seats, though, and El and I had a nice little sleepover afterward. I want to see it again tonight!
