key west!

After work I'm heading to Key West for the weekend with seven of my friends. We're piling in a huge Suburban and making the drive. When we first spoke about it, I though the drive would be 2 1/2 or 3 hours since Key West is, well, west and I'm on the gulf coast but, because of the Everglades and a lack of roads, we have to drive east all the way to Miami and cut around making it a 5 hour drive instead. I'm sure we'll all be able to keep ourselves occupied for the drive, though. Eight of us in one car for that long borders on dangerous!

So, it's a weekend away before I head to NY for Thanksgiving and I can't wait. I have cat sitters and I'm ready to go now.
