* The happy little cancer patient singing "Beautiful" should have been cliche but it BROKE MY HEART. And cancer also means a whole bunch of Wilson in the episode which is always a very good thing.
* House is sexy in t-shirts.
* Cameron needs to stop bringing House beverages even when his Benadryl isn't working.
* The Chase Kiss. Okay. In most circumstances it would totally creep me out but she has cancer and she's never kissed a boy. Not even at CANCER CAMP. It was heartbreaking and uncomfortable to watch and I found it endearing that Chase couldn't resist a dying girl's wish for one kiss. And everyone's reactions were just perfect with the backing away and the horrified, "please tell me you didn't" looks.
* The scene with House in Andy's hospital room blew me away. He blew me away. She blew me away. It was so still and raw and gut wrenching.
* More with the heartbreak and the sobs when Andy hugged House as she left the hospital. His face is so expressive and, man, he's so fucking broken. You'd think it would get old but it gets me every time.
* House on a motorcycle is a dream. If only they gave us a full body shot because, shit, that's hot. I know Hugh rides but, for me, that's not as sexy as House on a bike.
PS. House is jealous of Debbien in accounting.
Wilson: Steam room?
House: Why Jimmy!
Wilson: Terminal kid trumps your runny nose.
House to Chase: Don't worry. If anything happens to you, no one's going to lift a finger.
House to Cameron: You'll just get all warm and cuddly around the dying girl. Insinuate yourself. End up in a custody battle.
House to home circumcision guy: I'm gonna get a plastic surgeon. Get the Twinkie back in the wrapper.
House to Foreman: If your DNA was off by one percentage point, you'd be a dolphin.
House: Cancer doesn't make you special. Molestation on the other hand... (He's so wrong.)
Wilson to House: House. You've got to do better than that. (I love this because Wilson says it, means it, and House knows he's right. Plus, House threw rocks at Wilson's window!)
House with no shame: Because Wilson thinks it would be nice to give her a year to say goodbye to her mommy. I guess she stutters or something.
Wilson to House: Go to hell. (My question here is does Wilson really believe House is quite that callous? House has his despicable moments but even I knew he had motive beyond cruelty.)
Foreman: I saw it.
House: That's good enough for me. (I love the trust. So much.)
Wilson: She enjoys life more than you do...She stole that kiss from Chase. What have you done lately?...She could outlive you.
I love this show. A whole heck of a lot.
ETA: The nonstop ads for History of Violence are killing me. I need to see this movie.
