I started watching this episode knowing trouble was pending. I love it and hate it.

The whole premise is fascinating and I really dig the cinematography. "House" needs to get away from formula occasionally and it always works brilliantly when they do.

Wilson to House: Your disdain for human interaction doesn't exculpate you it implicates you.

House: Chase loves me. And isn't Turkish.
Wilson again: Cameron loves you. Chase loves his job.

I don't like watching Stacy give House bad advice. I know she's angry but this is her job as much as it's House's job to provide medical care. Wilson clearly gets that. Actually, so do Cameron and Foreman.

Stacy: What are you hiding?
House: I'm gay! Oh, that's not what you meant. It would explain a lot, though. No girlfriend, always with Wilson, obsession with sneakers..."
THEY DO THIS TO TORTURE US! To torture ME!

Cuddy: Your point beyond just trying to make Chase wet himself here...

Ha! I love when Stacy calls House on his lie to the transplant surgeon. "And this was right before you ran the marathon."

"If you don't do the surgery I'm going to tell your wife you've been sleeping with a series of nurses..." He's so. wrong. "Oh, and for the record, you are the worst transplant surgeon in this hospital but you are the only one who's currently cheating on his wife."

House to Stacy: "You're made at me for letting you know what I did because you liked where things were going. For that I really am sorry. It was stupid of me."

House: "Geez, Chase. You and the strep. Get a room already."

Foreman: "Chase. How many people you know walking around with a black market organ from a third world surgeon?" I love Forman. I really love him. He might be the only person on this whole show I want to spend time with.

Oh, Chase. I thought he was a moron and a fuckwit and then it's all because his father's dead and he just found out and, oh, Chase. The scariest thing about doctors is that, when their personal lives interfere, people can die.

What do they do? They get together or one of them leaves the hospital.

Wilson: "Guess I'm his best friend now. " Alakfjsdflszzzzzzzzzt! Okay. I knew this was coming but still. STILL! House supervised by Foreman? Dang.


Next week's going to be good.
