Really, really great weekend in NY. Even the 2 hour delay getting back to Michigan didn't dampen my spirits because it was followed by the walk through of the home I'll own TOMORROW.
The weekend started with an, as always, lovely east side lunch with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kiffle that included far too much food, Flanigan/Shanks/Bamber squee (chest hair! lower lip! biceps!) and a return of the SG-1 s9 DVDs in exchange for the first three seasons of Farscape. The Yankee's game kicked ass though only for the killer seats and the company. (Bonus! Tom Hanks was sitting right by us and I had many opportunities to ogle Jeter.) However, the 19-6 loss to Tampa Bay was not what I was hoping for.
I did have a chance to watch The Pegasus Project while I was waiting for tonight's flight. Whatever. I thought the whole lemon thing was fucking hysterical. Sheppard clearly adores Rodney but knows that he's nearly impossible to tolerate if you're not used to him. (And then only moderately tolerable.) Every scene with Daniel was joy. JOY! From his excitement over being on Atlantis to his frustration with the Ancients. Remind me again how there are Stargate fans who don't completely and utterly adore Daniel. And just, in general, it was awesome to see them all together. Great episode.
