• Help! A while back, someone posted a link to a site for an orphanage that takes in kids at high risk for trafficking. I think someone around LJ runs the orphanage (or is responsible, in some way, for raising funds). Does anyone have a link to the site I'm talking about? ETA: Found! It's viggorlijah's riverkids. • Does anyone else watch Top Chef? I'm about ready to stab Betty with one of her knives. God. I actually liked her in the beginning but she's a nightmare.
  
  
• HP fic rec: Splinter by ?? (Harry/Snape, NC-17) Harry's still determined to save the world. Snape's determined to accept it as it is. This currently tops my list of HP holiday fic exchange stories. It's incredibly intense and an extremely unique concept.
  
  
• Thank you to cranberryink for my first holiday card of the season!
  
  
• I'm waiting to find out when I'll get a copy of my Jason Momoa photo op picture and, still high from the Burbank con, I'm considering next October's BSG con and August's Stargate con in Chicago. (Chicago's an easy sell as I can drive from Ann Arbor.)
  
  
• TV Zone, Starburst, and Sci-Fi Magazine all showed up this week so I come bearing scans including interviews with Edward James Olmos, Michael Hogan (Col. Tigh), Jim Menard (SG-1), and James Callis (Gaius Balta) and photos of Jensen Ackles, Jamie Bamber, and Grace Park (from the Sci-Fi "Sexy in '07" list).
