I had a Very Bad Week. Straight through from Monday to Friday it was almost entirely made of fail and it was capped off by the asshole who almost drove into my car on the way home from work tonight and then called me a bitch when I honked at him.
The power outage turned basement flood caused me to miss two weeks of SYTYCD. I caught a number of episodes on youtube but it's not the same. Though, I'm pretty happy with the final 10. I'm excited to see the couples mix up but I'm going to miss the wonder of Katee/Joshua. As of now, and keeping in mind that I watched selective numbers, my favorite girls are Katee and Courtney and my favorite guy is Joshua.
My all time favorite SYTYCD routine remains Danny & Anya's Viennese waltz.
I watched Hellboy last night in preparation for tomorrow night's outing to see Hellboy 2. Then it's dinner with some other friends and hiking on Sunday. ANYTHING TO DECOMPRESS.
But first comes visit #3 from the carpet cleaners.

lolapalooza on the new job!! It's crazy but I remember when you started college and now you have a dream job in an awesome city and I'm absolutely delighted for you.
Unrelated to all of the above, I'm watching s5 of Babylon 5 and it's fine but it sort of feels like it was tacked on at the end of a complete series (which I believe it was). Besides the scotch tape & staples plots, Captain Tracey "porn lips" Scoggin doesn't do it for me and Bruce Boxleitner's Just for Men hair die is nearly blinding.
