I just...I'm not an IT person. Really, I'm not. And even the people in our office who have IT experience weren't hired to be IT people.
But when computers break and you are in a small satellite office and there are no IT people available to help, you get stuck dealing with WINS and DNS configurations. And logon validations. And IP addresses. And then network cards are removed. Once you start looking at a mother board you know you are in over your head. (And, personally, I think the name "mother board" is kind of creepy.)
After 90 minutes of this, the computer still doesn't work. So I'm remarkably frustrated. And it isn't even my computer.
