LMAO. Vikki is another fan who was out all night for The Today Show with me. She and her cousin were just in front of me on line. It is so funny to read about it from her perspective, especially since I'm the "mystery fan" in the beginning of the enounter. I *was* staring at Vikki and Nicole to see if, maybe, there were there for Justin, too. Good times.

La Traviata, Nyborn & DJ_Writes...

Let's see how quickly I can update so that I can clean, pack, and run to an ATM before bed. It's already 9:35pm and I have to get up at 5am to catch my flight to California. Whoo hoo! HOB, here I come.

I went to see La Traviata at the Lincoln Center today (New York City Opera). I go once a season with my step-father. This spring is La Boheme. It was fantastic. Everyone should to go the opera at least once. My favorite is still Carmen.

After the show, I went down to the Nederlander to meet up with nyborn and dj_writes. I got there as the show was letting out and I swear Mel and CD were the last ones out. I was sure that they either a) didn't make it to the show, b) were eaten by Joey, or c) bought Joey. I'll let them tell you where they were when they write their recap.

It was great to catch up with them both. ( Here's the scoop on our evening o' fun )
