Things I learned/reinforced during a night out with Stargems, Shorty, and Pet. By Saturn.

1) Four girls can most definitely sing "Let's Hear it for the Boy" in unison at their table but not without Spice Girl references from other patrons.

2) Use of the phrase "little man in the canoe" in reference to a part of female genitalia is bad. Bad, bad, bad. Bad.

3) The hobbits will continue to elude me until I make the effort to actually purchase the first two movies myself.

4) Clearing your cookies and history isn't enough to rid your computer of the slash trail. You also have to take care of the content.IE5, history.IE5, and temp folders.

5) Warming up your roommate to the idea of slash and livejournal isn't a bad idea. Giving her a one night crash course in OTPs and OT3s and footage and LJ and friends lists may be a little embarrassing when you have to look at her in the morning.

6) JC was unnaturally beautiful during the POT soundchecks. All of them.

7) Call it a straight boy crush, if you so choose, but Joey loves JC. ""

8) Chris looked damn good with the short spiky hair and the silver beaded necklace.

9) Lance looked like a superhero when he came back from Russia.

10) Justin's bedazzled bandannas had a very important place in 'Nsync's fashion history.

11) Real friendships are often born in fandom.

it's small, it's mine, and I love it...

I'm going to force myself to get out of bed and go for a walk. I have been entirely too sloth-like for the past three days. If I don't get moving, my body will go into shock on Monday.

But, in the meantime, I updated Moonshot. I added my SeSa story, And Who I am Now , to my fiction page and I added a few photos and story recs to my JoeC page.

I know next to nothing about html so the fact that I figured out how to add photos is somewhat of a mircale. But I'd like to see the photo thumbnails larger. I tried to do it myself but, when I enlarged the thumbnails, it just put them in one long column down the side instead of paired up as they are now. I'd also like to extend the scroll box for the fic recs. With the number of photos I have, the scroll box is too small. Page is out of whack. Need to get it in whack.

I may have to call on my web goddess for some assistance seeing that she did most of the original coding in the first place.

EDIT: Eeee! Webgoddess came though once again. JoeC photo/rec page is back in whack!

Do any former (current?) New Kids fans know whether or not the five guys are still in regular contact with each other? I know that two are related (brothers? cousins?) but are all 5 still in touch?

I've also got a BSB question (or three). Do all 5 guys have solos? Do they generally all have solos in every song? And who was stuck with the line "loneliness is tragical"?

Pop singing superstar Britney Spears was married to childhood friend Jason Allen Alexander Saturday in Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Review-Journal has learned. An affidavit of Application for Marriage License filed Jan. 3 showed that Spears, 22, of Kentwood, La., and Alexander, 22, also of Kentwood were granted a marriage license. It is the first marriage for each.

Is this some bizarre joke?
