to ease a Monday...

Justin's issue of Q was waiting for me when I got into work this morning. It was just what I needed. This is possibly the worst work Monday of the year. But Justin is one sexy boy and that's a hell of a hot photo shoot. Perhaps I'll break my trend and actually read the article. Q rarely disappoints.

I got sucked into the 7:30 half hour of The Today Show this morning. 2 things:

1) Steve Irwin should be charged with child endangerment and his pitiful display of PR propaganda this morning did nothing to change my mind.

2) People need to stop saying that Britney's shotgun marriage was really about Justin. I'm sure the pressures/stressors in her life extend beyond an almost 2 year old breakup.

I don't mind being at work as much as I mind waking up at 6:30am. But, to ease my pain, I bring you JoeC: circa Making the Tour.

There shall be hobbits! Thanks to the generous eleanor_lavish, I'm a proud borrower of FotR and TTT. I'm on my way! It's another deep, dark, slipperly slope with my name on it.

Two beers with dinner and I was easily convinced by EL and kittenfishlambs to see Tony at The Living Room. He played quite the dark set. He also, as we know, has quite a bit of chest hair which is fairly frightening when viewed up close.

New (old) pictures of Justin. ( Obviously he missed his calling as a pretty little whore. But at least we have the visual of what could have been )

Sadly, likeaspark posted that Tug McGraw died. I didn't follow his career but I am a fan of Tim so my thoughts and prayers are with his family tonight.
