I'm so glad that I remained unspoiled for the NY show and bought a ticket for the Boston show. I loved seeing it fresh on Friday and then again when I knew what to expect. If NY was the "up close and personal - oh my god - look at him do his thing" show, Boston was the "dance my ass off" show.

Avalon is a fantastic venue because there are a ton of different levels and it's incredibly easy to find somewhere great to stand. I just took it all in and danced and danced and danced.

JC was so relaxed and had a great time from start to finish. And so did I.

- During the bit about the red pill and the blue pill, someone made a comment to JC about being afraid of needles and JC said something along the lines of, "Yeah, I'm afraid of needles, too, but it's okay. It's oral." The best part about this was his reaction. As soon as he said the words, he realized exactly how it sounded and just laughed, saying, "This is when they cut the talking bits out of JC's shows." It was a great moment.

- Tyler was there and JC gave him a sweet shout out.

- The sexiest part of the show is during "Come to Me" when JC's singing to the dancer with his hand on her face, just rightthere, all up close. The moment slays me- it's so fucking seductive.

- One day, I want JC to put out an album of covers. And they should all be as much fun as "Let's Go Crazy." Though, any cover album by JC must also include "Closer" by NIN. I need to hear him sing that song and [livejournal.com profile] stargems and I already have a video treatment that has to happen.

- I loved when JC broke out into the bit from "The Game is Over." Fun, nostalgic, and hot. The hair, man. It's all about the hair.

- I'm indebted to [livejournal.com profile] mirroredimage for the clips from Irving Plaza. Short but sweeter than sweet. I can't wait for the the CA girls to get home so we can get audio from NY and Boston. There are also 600+ photos of the NYC show from Liz that are on the way. Death by Chasez is understating it.

And I think that's all I've got. For now. :)

Saw/met a ton of LJ'ers. I can think of more than 35 just off the top of my head which means there's no chance of me listing everyone. But lunch at Uno's was great and the bar after the show was the perfect end to the night. (Though, I must say, putting that many of us together in one city for a JC club show is a hell of a sociology experiment.)

I'm sated, grateful, and completely enamored with The Chasez.

Wantmorenow. Yespleasethankyou.
