I think I may be wired to go for younger men whenever I hit the Miami area. D, from Challenge weekend, was young. Very young. Too young. The guy from this weekend is a little bit older than D but comes with the baggage of being the son of one of my mother's closest friends. I grew up with this kid. He's always been a kid. But now he's not. And we sort of have a date tomorrow. I'm completely freaking out and see nothing but disaster in this scenario but I'm sure I'll go out with him anyway.
What an ingenious book. It was so fascinating from the codes to the premise to the twists and turns. I'm very interested to hear what religious Christians thought of the book. Are there really indications that Jesus was married and may have had a child or is that a fictional point for the book? Now I want to do all kinds of research into the grail and of course I'm going to go back and look at The Last Supper. So intriguing!
There's no time to catch up on LJ, but since there are people who look out for me and make sure I'm up to speed on pretty photos even when I'm out of town, I was prepared for the JC/SNL photos.
I also see Lance has been all over Sundance. What's with the Glamour Shots style photos? He consistently looks like he's posing for a senior portrait. Though I do dig the scarf and a bunch of the candids.
