I think I'm going to have to buy ponies for
hammerhead and
without_me for all of their input/editing/comments/feedback on my story. Or at least say a big thank you.
I finally have time to go through the input/edits/comments/feedback and the time spent is appreciated. And editing is almost more difficult than writing the first draft.
It's interesting (and fun) to see feedback from two different people and then, after processing it, incorporate it to strenghten what you started with. Especially when you read a comment and think, "Yes! Of course. Why didn't I see that?"
PS- I didn't win lottery tickets tonight. And I just missed Sebastian going into the theater so I haven't seen the new highlights. But I did go see "Two Weeks Notice" with
liz_w. Cute movie. And I helpd a huge Sebastian fan get her ticket for tonight's show. I also bumped into my friend from CA who came to town for New Year's and I hadn't planned on seeing until tomorrow night. But there she was at lottery. (And, by the way, she was there because I took her to see the show the last time she was in town and liked it so much she decided to go back.)
But now I have to get back to my edits. Because it's 11:45pm and I can not do this all night.
