I updated my Harry Potter Recs Page.
In addition to a few fic rec updates, Kewl_katie made a graphic from the photo I was using and it's all so pretty! Plus, I snagged Office XP from work and now I'm using Microsoft Front Page to edit instead of AOL Press. It's web design for dummies. I love it!
I feel so free now that I don't have to bring my laptop home from work every night. My back is extremely grateful. I do need to be able to work from home, though, so my IT department set me up with "my desktop." Do any of you use that program/site? It basically recreates my work desktop on my home laptop. I have access to all of my files, programs, and work e-mail. More love!
And I've taken to spamming myself with e-mails during the day. I don't download or save photos at work anymore so, every time I see something I want, I e-mail the link to my hotmail address. It's a lovely little system.
The only thing that still has me stumped are my task bar shortcuts. I don't have any and can't create them. Windows XP won't let me drag shortcut icons to my task bar. Does anyone know how to fix that? There's got to be a way.
