pornish_pixies request fest thing was posted today. I requested first time fisting with established Harry/Snape and received a dark, complexly layered fic. It's not a Harry I read often but it's a Harry I can believe. It's also a very different Snape than I usually gravitate toward but it works and hurts beautifully in this dynamic.

I had a first today. Jet Blue has some new movie channels they're trying out and I watched The Sound of Music on the way down to Florida. I've never seen the movie before. I knew most of the music and I'd seen bits and pieces over the years but this was the first time I saw the movie start to finish. It's not just about nuns and singing in the hills. There's drama and intrigue and Nazis! Someone should have told me sooner. What a great movie.
My flight was delayed and I went straight into a client lunch & meetings when I arrived. I have dinner with this client at 7pm which means I won't get to watch the 2nd part of the West Wing episode I gushed about on Thursday. That leaves 11pm or 6am tomorrow. I have my priorities.
