The Yankees are magic. That's it. Time and again they come through. Now there's Boston to tackle. A Yankees/Red Sox ALCS always knots my insides. I'd love a Yankees/Astros World Series. (Though, if Pettitte was actually pitching I'd have all sorts of conflicts.)
The oddity of this move to Florida is that I don't actually have to pack anything. The movers do it all. I can leave everything as it is and they'll just come in and pack it up on the 28th. Aside from the fact that I feel like I should be packing, I'm absolutely enjoying the luxury. And I'm taking everything! I found so much great stuff at my mother's house today. I'm sure I made absurd decisions about what to keep but could you part with the script from your high school production of 42nd Street?
I also found an incredible amount of Star Trek: TNG swag. I have mint condition TV Guides, collector edition magazines, autographed photos, and wall hangings. As soon as I decide what I'm willing to get rid of I'm putting the stuff on e-bay. I'm not sure what the market is for this but I've got a lot of it and I'm sure it's worth something to a ST collector. In the meantime, it's coming to Florida.
