I spent the last four hours reading Aqua Fesca by ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
stellahobbit. Harry/Vampire!Snape. It doesn't get any better than that. The story is a solid read. Nineteen chapters long and just the kind of meaty Harry/Snape story I've been looking for. At times, Harry's intensity seemed a bit out of control but give this one a shot. Vampire!Snape, bloodlust, and chapter twelve make up for any minor flaws.
So, Sally. (And it's possible that one day soon I'll go more than 24 hours without mentioning her.) I trapped her in the refrigerator. The refrigerator! She's always poking around in there when I open the door and I guess I didn't see her when I shut the door. What kind of mother am I? My only saving grace was that I decided to look for her before I ran out to Best Buy and heard her meowing. She'd been in there for at least five minutes. What if I'd gone out to the store? My poor cat. She's getting lots of extra attention tonight.
I'm off to Ft. Lauderdale tomorrow to visit my grandfather. I got a car adapater for my I-pod for the drive across Alligator Alley and I'm hoping it's bright and sunny because it will be my first long drive with the top down.
