It's the holiday season and I'm eating like it so I'm also forcing myself to go to the gym more often. I've got to admit that it's a pretty fair trade off. Four chocolates, a cookie and a piece of key lime pie in exchange for 30 minutes on a treadmill and a few weights. I'm going to pretend that balances out and go on my merry way. Indulging my sweet tooth is far too much fun.
