Simon is going to die in tonight's episode of The West Wing. So is Sharif but Simon's death is so much more depressing.
So, I hired a sales analyst who started three weeks ago. He's 23 and transfered over from another department. Today he resigned because he's moving to South Beach to work with some friends in an investment firm over there. Gah. I just trained him. What a waste. We're in the middle of a hiring freeze so I'll have to add this position to the three other open positions I currently have on hold. The good news is that I have my second sales analyst starting on January 3rd so at least there's someone on board to take over this guy's responsibilities. I'll just have to figure out what to do with all of the work she was hired to take on in the first place. It will always be something. I suppose there's nothing to do but keep rolling with it.

So, any chance Simon will live this time around and he and CJ will have a happily ever after?
