God. All of those people in that church. People who loved Leo. People who loved John Spencer. The sight of those men carrying the coffin. God.

Watching this transition is weird. Weird, odd, strange. Santos is new (and seemingly naive) and it's obvious that Josh's head may actually explode between now and the inauguration but I'm glad that he's not willing to compromise what he knows to be true.

The way CJ and Danny look at each other...I love seeing it all come together and that exchange was adorable especially with the hot sex and no talking but these bits also feel like the end. I can't believe how sad I am that this is ending.

Ainsley, oh, AINSLEY! She hasn't changed a bit. Not a bit! Same with the Amy/Josh dynamic. Hasn't changed a bit and it's still as annoying as ever. (Though I loved the scene with Santos and Amy.)

"Are you really going to try to convince me that I'm the one who'll find this awkward and hard to navigate?" Such an absurdity shouldn't make me giggle this much but the Josh/Donna/CJ/Danny comedy of errors is all kinds of fun to watch. (Though it would be better if it actually resulted in sex for everyone.)

It's so good to see them all together again...Bartlett, CJ, Josh, Charlie, Donna, Abbey...if only Toby wasn't on the outside. This scene must have been so cathartic for them.

Oh, and Barlett with Josh. My heart. He's so proud. Those tears in Josh's eyes at the end...Bradley Whitford is fabulous.

Last night was lovely starting with a tapas style dinner followed by drinks, drinks, and more drinks. I'm still hungover and flying back to FL was a bitch but it was worth it. My love and thanks to kiffle, eleanor_lavish, thegayboyfriend, rossetti, and schuyler for celebrating with me!

deleerium took requests for 28 Orlandos and I claimed "obedient Orlando." The result is an Orlando/CSI crossover ficlet! Orlando Bloom and Gil Grissom! It's perfect!
