I love Danny because he loves CJ and, not only has he hung around all this time, he can manage her without diminishing her. (CJ looks gorgeous.)

If it wasn't for CJ/Danny and Kate/Will, CJ/Kate would be all kinds of hot.

"It's hard to get excited about anything after this." Ain't that the truth.

"What's the last thing you did that looked cool?" And...
Will: "I like the idea of giving the future to unfold of its own accord."
Kate: "Our future?"
Will: "Yeah."
Kate: "I like that idea, too."

Will's running for office. (Okay, fine. I'm not insightful - I watched 07x01. But whatever. Will's running for office and he's going to win.) ETA: I love that it's Kate's idea. She had a true "a ha" moment.

How awful and awkward for CJ to have this conversation with Andy. I mean, it's Toby. She may be disappointed but she loves Toby. "He was your friend for a long time." Hell, he brought her in. He brought her in.

Oh, CJ. Special counselor to the President? She'd work for Josh, then, wouldn't she? I don't see her doing this. A singular focus with $10 billion play money is a hell of an enticing offer.

"He's probably scared of you." The West Wing's turned a bit into Peyton Place with Josh/Donna, CJ/Danny, and Will/Kate but I like it. I need to know these people are okay.

I'd be very upset with CJ if I didn't know how it turns out. Danny was a broken man on that street.

My heart. I can't believe how much I didn't realize how badly I needed to see CJ and Toby in a room together. "I read a lot. I've read really all the books at this point." "You don't need a pardon! You need a frying pan to the side of your head!"

"You didn't pick him up at a bar last Thursday. You've been friends with him for eight years." Oh, good for Toby. CJ needs to hear this. Really needs to hear this. Toby gets her. CJ. CJ and Toby.

Oh, CJ. She looks so lost and sad. But she's going to go after what she wants. "I just wanna talk because I like the sound of your voice. I just wanna talk." I'm a lot in love with Danny right now.


I'm going home for Mother's Day and booked a Monday flight so my mom and I can watch next week's series finale together. She doesn't know what she's in for.
