Oh, my god this show is so good. Edge of my seat, can't believe the BLEAK, very, very good.
Of particular note:
* Baltar is, perhaps, the most pathetic character on television. He makes me sick to my stomach but I love watching the tragedy of it all.
* Loved the scenes with Admiral Adama and Lee from, "I want you to turn around and get your fat ass out of here" to the reconciliation and hug. They do father/son angst so damn well. (Though I somewhat desperately miss Lee's abs.)
* Saul and Ellen Tigh are their own little tragedy, too. Ellen's sacrifice was almost noble until she sold out the entire resistance and I vacilate between understanding exactly where Saul's coming from and wanting to help him beyond his narrow minded focus.
* Kara and Leoben. Holy fuck. I looooooooooooved when she killed him and sat back down to eat, blood still on her hand.
Great season premier. BSG is back!!
