I'm convinced House was riding to Wilson's hotel room because House/Wilson is as close to canon as a pairing can get without explictly direct declarations of attraction and loyalty. It's nuts. (But I enjoy it immensely.)

I swear I've seen the sibling plot before and the case itself didn't interest me but I did love Foreman. I can predict House and Wilson and Cuddy and Cameron and Chase but I can never predict Foreman.

Other things I liked included Chase's self-awareness regarding his reason not to give the patient the opiat inhibitor and Cameron's "I'm hitting that and it's hot" comment. Everyone and then Cameron gets the good one liners.
