The victory of the day is that I was at the gym before 9am. I can't believe how easy it was to get back into the habit and, now that I've added substantially more weight training to my workout (which is to say I've added weight training to my workout), I'm starting to see a noticeable change in my body tone. As an added bonus, the workouts have driven me to eat more natural food instead of the steady diet of sodium I've been on for the past few months.

Michael Shanks, Lexa Doig, Chris Judge, and Gary Jones were marshals at the Vancouver Santa Clause parade last week and pre-parade interviews have turned up. I just. Michael Shanks. He's wearing the same hat he wore to the Burbank con and he has his arm around Lexa and then, at the end, he's holding one of his daughters on the float. And Lexa is impossibly adorable.
