Can I preface all of this by saying it's 2am, I'm drunk, and I have to be up in four and a half hours for work?
Okay, before I get to the best part...I won lottery tickets tonight. I met up with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
liz_w and a new LJ friend, ghettogreta along with a bunch of others. 2nd row tonight- the seat exactly behind where I was last night. The show was great- as usual. And tonight, for the first time, I realized that Stu is an dancer in the "Hot, Hot", whatever the name of it is, number. Which makes sense because he moves like a dancer. (PS..."that doesn't sound like- what ever that is!")
But now, for the good part. Pete, Joey's driver, got me in at Suede tonight. I got to the club at midnight and waited for Joey to get there. Then I was able to get off the line and go right in with Joey, Dre, Pete and Joey's crew. Did I mention it was a pimps and ho theme tonight?
Well, it kind of sucks to go to a club by yourself because you really have to work at meeting people. But Pete introduced me to a few and I'm a friendly kind of girl. It probably also helped that I was dressed like a ho. (Stiletto knee high boots, fishnets, veeeeeery short skirt, lacy little top covering just the right areas. And I had twice as much on as some people.)
So, for the 2 hours that I was there, I danced with some fucking hot boys, drank drinks that hot boys bought for me, and watched Joey. Did I mention that he was half pimp, half ho? You just have to see it to believe it...
The cast of Rent was there and Stu actually flirted with me a bit. He looked hot in his pimp get-up. But it wasn't enough to get me into the VIP area. At one point, though, he asked if I was there with Pete so I said yes. And he took a picture of the two of us on his disposable camera.
Joey was running around with a digital camera taking pictures of his friends. (Ice-T was there, too, by the way.) So, at one point, I grabbed Joey and said, "Hey! You gonna take a picture with me?" And he did. So, if it comes out, I'll post it. Hopefully tomorrow. B/c his costume was unreal. And, shit, what a memory.
Oh yeah. I had nowhere to put my jacket in the club. So I left it in the back of Joey's car. (The infamous Yukon.) I know, I know...unreal.
I think that's it. I really need to go to bed soon. But, dude, I'm going back to Suede next Tuesday.
