but not today!

In all my life I've never had as visceral a reaction to a movie character as I do to Aragorn. I understand that he's a bit two dimensional in his rugged, royal perfection but I don't care. I could sit through endless hours of LotR simply to watch Viggo as Aragorn.

Which leads to tonight which was a trip to see RotK with eleanor_lavish, thegayboyfriend, and El's train friend. It was even better than the first time which will probably result in a third time.

Okay. Guess that wasn't so much after all.

I took tomorrow morning off because I desperately need sleep. I think I may pop in FotR when I get into bed since I don't have to be up until 10 or 11am. Hee!

And embitca...I got the stuff today. Thank you! Very exciting and perfect timing! Aragorn and a multiple Grammy winner in the mail. Nice.

I'm so tired I'm having trouble putting coherent sentences together. Something's gotta give. Tonight I try self-medicating. mixedsignal suggested a bit of Benadryl but I'd prefer Ambien. If I'm going to knock myself out, I might as well get the benefit of a few halluciations, too.

This evening it's 42nd St. (the show, not loitering) with college friends. I love this show but I really have to gear myself up for tap dancing and production numbers. Though, if I'm not going to be able to sleep, I may as well do something enjoyable with my time.

And, completely off topic, where's Cameron been? I was hoping for some JT/Cam Grammy photos.

buzz, buzz, flutter, flutter...

My friends list is a buzz and a flutter with news of Justin's big screen debut. The film sounds like an excellent choice. He certainly couldn't score better co-stars. I'm also looking forward to hearing "I Slept With My Best Friend" or whatever it is that JC named that song. Somehow I have a feeling that it won't involve the butt sex with either Justin or Joey but I'm holding out hope.
